Recently, I purchased 40 packs of Marlboro Edge cigarettes, and I experienced the same problem with all of them: the tobacco inside keeps falling out, making the cigarettes impossible to consume properly. I paid a total of ₺3750 for these products and have the receipt. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience, and I am requesting a refund of the amount I paid. I kindly ask for the necessary investigation to be carried out and for a prompt response to be provided.
