Philip Morris Marlboro Red Gave Me Harsh Smoke and Burning Sensation Unlike Before
The issue I would like to bring to your attention is the serious dissatisfaction I’ve experienced with the quality standards of Marlboro Red cigarettes I’ve recently purchased. The product gives an impression that is far from the Marlboro quality I was used to in the past. The cigarette paper is difficult to light, frequently goes out, and requires constant relighting. Additionally, during use, there is an intense burning sensation in both the throat and lungs, which causes significant discomfort. In terms of taste and smoking quality, the product feels more like loose tobacco than a properly banded Marlboro Red—it even resembles the harsh and unpleasant experience of Adıyaman tobacco. After smoking just one cigarette, I experience shortness of breath, making it nearly impossible for me to use the product. This situation raises serious doubts about the product’s authenticity, production conditions, or quality control processes, and I kindly request that you investigate and examine the matter thoroughly.
