On January 14, 2025, I received a Peugeot 408 GT from Aktif-İriyil Oto. On January 25, the dial and the middle screen first turned red, then went dark and did not turn on again. On January 27, 2025, I left my vehicle at Aktif-iriyil service. For the first 10 days, they said that my vehicle was waiting for software and that the French side was interested in my vehicle. When they called on February 10, 2025, they said that they had ordered a part (Display brain) and that it would arrive in about 1 month. However, no exact date was given. For 10 days, I was lied to and fooled by both Peugeot TR and Aktif-İriyil Oto. There is no spare part for the display brain of a Peugeot brand vehicle in Turkey. If I will wait more than 1 month for a part, what is the difference from vehicles manufactured in China? For example, will I have to wait 1 more month if there is a fault in the newly sent display brain? I will pay the third installment at the end of February and I could only drive the vehicle for 150 km. The worst part is that you can't find anyone to complain to. Aktif-İriyil blames Peugeot TR. Peugeot TR blames France. The only good thing about the process is that they provide a replacement vehicle. Other than that, they are very bad at service, communication and solution processes. I can use the vehicle without any problems after the repair, but I will badmouth the brand to everyone who consults me. I would be happy if I could alienate even one person from this brand. I will sell the vehicle as soon as my credit installment is over. In short, everything is until you make the payment. They don't care if there is a problem with your vehicle, just so you know
