Waiting For Repair At Peugeot Service For 105 Days And Still Unclear

On June 18, 2025, I had an accident with my Peugeot 3008 while traveling at 20 km/h in stop-and-go traffic since the emergency braking system failed to activate. I towed my vehicle to the authorized Aktif İriyıl service center in Istanbul. While the relevant sensors and parts were promised to be shipped from France, my vehicle has been held at the service center for 105 days, and the parts have not been available. Despite contacting Peugeot customer service numerous times, I have been repeatedly stalled, and a definitive date has still not been provided. It is unacceptable that I have been subjected to this long-term inconvenience, despite my brand-new, dealer-purchased car having only 349 km on the console and being under warranty. I have been left without a vehicle for over a season, and this process, which requires me to commute 80 km to and from work every day, is contrary to the normal flow of life. I demand a replacement brand new for my vehicle. I expect my inconvenience to be resolved as soon as possible.
Today marks the 112th day since I returned the vehicle to the dealership. During this period, the vehicle was supposedly rebuilt from scratch at the factory, yet I still haven’t received any contact or solutions. This level of silence and neglect is unacceptable. Anyone considering this brand should think carefully after seeing the experience I’ve gone through.
Today marks exactly the 112th day since I left my car at the authorized service. In this time, a brand new car could have been produced at the factory, but for some reason, according to Peugeot’s statement, the relevant part still hasn’t arrived—unless something else comes up. I still haven’t been contacted and no solution has been provided. It’s been almost 4 months without a car. Those planning to buy a vehicle from this brand should consider these long waiting periods and the possibility of being left without a car in case of any issues.
