Peugeot 3008 Engine Issue Ignored - Warranty Repairs Delayed And Rejected

I bought a 2022 Peugeot 3008 second-hand in 2024, and while it was still under warranty I took it to the authorised Peugeot service due to a noise coming from the engine. The car stayed for two days, some parts were changed, and I only paid for antifreeze. A few days later, the same issue returned. I was told more parts would be ordered, so I waited. Since my warranty was about to expire, I paid extra to extend it. For months I was told the parts hadn’t arrived, and after nearly three months I was suddenly informed that my repair request was rejected because the 60,000 km maintenance hadn’t been done—despite the service previously replacing parts under warranty and knowing the maintenance warning hadn’t appeared. I even paid ₺14,500 for the 60,000 km maintenance at the same service as they instructed, yet the repair was still rejected later. After spending around ₺42,000 in total, I’m left with an unresolved engine issue and broken promises. I request that Peugeot reassess this entire process and repair the engine problem fully and free of charge under warranty; otherwise, I will pursue legal action.
