Peugeot Refused to Replace My 3008 After Transmission Fault
We purchased a brand-new Peugeot 3008 on February 17, 2025. This company-owned vehicle developed a transmission failure on March 25, 2025, after being driven only 2,000 kilometers. The service center stated that the transmission needed to be replaced. However, since replacing the transmission in such a new vehicle would significantly reduce its value, we requested a replacement vehicle instead. This request was denied by both the authorized service and the dealership, and only a repair option was offered. Neither Peugeot nor the dealership provided any written response to our request. Furthermore, no replacement vehicle was provided, the fault detection report was deliberately delayed and handed over with difficulty, and although we were told on June 20 that we would be updated, we have received no information to date. It is unacceptable for a brand-new vehicle to experience such issues. As a company, we have initiated all necessary legal proceedings and wish to make our grievance known to the public.
