Peugeot 2008 GT Misleading Advertisement

On January 14, 2025, I received my Peugeot 2008 1.2 PureTech GT trim vehicle, which was supposed to come with a ‘frameless’ rearview mirror. However, the vehicle arrived with a framed rearview mirror instead. The model brochure provided on Peugeot’s website and during the vehicle introduction clearly stated that the rearview mirror would be frameless, highlighting it as one of the differences between the GT and Allure trims. This change was made without any prior information or notice. Additionally, another issue I encountered concerns the ‘wireless charging’ feature. At the moment I needed it most, this feature did not function properly. When I tried to charge my iPhone 14, it appeared as if it was charging, but in reality, it did not charge, and it caused my phone to overheat excessively. While researching this issue, I was shocked to discover that many other users have also reported the same problem. Despite purchasing the top-tier trim level, the fact that these features are missing or non-functional demonstrates misleading advertising and sales practices. I request Peugeot Turkey to take the necessary actions regarding this matter.
