I own a 2020 Peugeot 308 model and have consistently chosen Ankara ABC Peugeot dealer for maintenance and problems. However, after 3 years of their service, it's clear my choices were mistaken. I handed over my vehicle for service on August 14, 2023, with the promise of it being ready by August 15, 2023. Upon returning, I found my vehicle untouched. I had to intervene and have the technicians attend to it. One issue was a persistent noise from the front. Despite highlighting it to the master, their response was limited to lubricating and tightening, claiming it was resolved. But the noise resurfaced as I left the dealership. Even the front disk pads, changed in July, were making sounds. They brushed it off as normal, which is questionable for a reputed company. The fabrics on the door handle and armrest have discolored, an issue I've reported multiple times with no resolution. Peugeot's service quality and response have been disappointing, especially given my extended warranty of up to 120,000 km. The incidents with aluminum parts and lack of adequate attention to my concerns reflect poorly on the dealership. I had anticipated quality and reliability, but these experiences have been far from satisfactory.
