Ever since I got my 2015 Peugeot 3008 Allure Bluehdi, I've only gone to the Peugeot authorized service centers for help. I always go to the authorized service for anything related to my vehicle - from regular maintenance to fixing any issues and getting check-ups. I picked this option hoping to get some solid and dependable corporate service. So like, two weeks ago when it was super windy, a tree totally wrecked my car's glass roof and roof pillars. I went back to the Peugeot service center for the repairs instead of going to a random shop. I left my ride with Muğla Turgut Otomotiv, knowing that if they took a while to get parts or fix it up, they'd have my back. I thought they'd hook me up with a new ride if I needed it. But, unfortunately, the damage department told me that the parts I need might not come for like 3 months. And since my car is an old model from before 2016, they won't give me a replacement car. As a parent with two kids, I'm really worried about how I'm gonna survive without a car for so long. My ride got registered and released in November 2015, and I'm only a month away from the deadline. Is there like, no way out of this situation? That's a bummer, man. They said the year it was made is what matters and there's no way around it. They were like, "if you want, you can file a complaint with Stellantis" and then they were like, "okay, we're done here." I can't help but feel like my situation is similar to when I took my car to a chill mechanic who was like "bring it in today, grab it tomorrow." I went with the authorized service instead of cheaper options to avoid getting ripped off. But, like, I'm in a tough spot because Peugeot totally let me down and they're not even trying to fix it. I'm like, why is this authorized service not giving me the smooth experience I was expecting? It's kinda frustrating. Hey, just wanted to let you know that my situation is a bit different from what an independent mechanic usually deals with. Can you take that into account? Thanks!
