Perabet Removed My Funds After I Tried to Withdraw

Today, I submitted a withdrawal request via bank transfer on the Perabet platform. However, my withdrawal was canceled, and my ₺2,400 balance was deleted without any explanation.

There were no warnings, restrictions, or document requests on my account prior to this incident. This has never happened to me before, and when I contacted customer service, they completely ignored the issue and provided no assistance.

My username is Erenkmcc76.
I demand that my ₺2,400 balance be refunded to my account immediately and that Perabet provide a clear explanation for this unjust action.
