Poor Customer Service and Unpaid Payments by Pepsi

I own a grocery store in the Yarsuat neighborhood of Adana Ceyhan, which is on Şehit Gaffar Okan Street. I can't get paid by Pepsi, and they owe me somewhere between 10 and 12 thousand TL. Your salesperson always says there isn't any cola, but he or he delivers it to stores just 300 meters away. I also see stacks of cola when I go to the warehouse. In the same way, my second branch hasn't paid me for the past two years. I've called the customer service center many times to report this problem since my branch closed, but no one has answered. Every time I make a complaint, they tell me they'll get back to me, but they never do. I don't care about any of the reasons you give for this.
