Pegasus Changed My Flight Time and Misled Me into an Open Ticket

Pegasus keeps causing problems! Even though I was eligible for a full refund due to my flight time change, they misled me into converting my ticket to an open status instead. When I tried to rebook my flight, they attempted to charge me extra fees on top of the current ticket price. They didn’t provide clear information and misled me during the process. I am now demanding a full refund for my original ticket. If they’re going to add extra charges to my new ticket, what was the point of making it an open ticket? Pegasus needs to resolve this issue immediately and refund my money.
