Pegasus Lost My Stroller on Bucharest-Istanbul Flight, No Tags Provided Despite Requests

229

During my Bucharest-Istanbul flight last night, my stroller was lost. Despite informing Pegasus staff at the ticket check-in, they told me they would attach the tag at the jet bridge. However, when I arrived at the jet bridge, there was no staff present. I reported the issue to the flight attendant, who instructed me to leave the stroller at the door, and they would attach the tag there. Other strollers left alongside mine were returned after the flight, but mine was missing.

Even though I requested a tag from both the flight attendant and the ticket agent, none was provided, so I don’t even know if my stroller had a tag. They initially told me it would arrive on the first flight of the night, but there has been no update, and I am extremely disappointed. They didn’t tag my stroller, and now it's lost. Everything, including my conversations with the staff, is on camera. I was given a contact number, but no one answers. I will pursue this matter seriously with Pegasus. I urgently request a resolution and expect immediate feedback.
