Pegasus Airlines Lost Baby Stroller at Rome Flight

On the morning of July 14, 2024, we boarded Pegasus flight PC1221 from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen to Rome. We checked in two pieces of luggage and handed over our baby stroller to the host with the flight information card securely attached. Upon landing in Rome, the hostess informed us that they wouldn't bring the stroller to the gate and we could collect it from the baggage carousel. We retrieved our other two suitcases but our stroller did not arrive. We immediately reported the incident at the lost office in Rome airport and filled out a form. We are waiting for the stroller to be found. Our vacation, which we had worked and planned for a year, has been ruined. It's incredibly difficult to enjoy our holiday without the stroller, and it has been distressing for both us and our baby. I'm very curious to see how Pegasus Airlines will resolve this issue and alleviate our distress.
