Pegasus Left My Stroller in Amsterdam – No Help Tracking or Ensuring Delivery
On November 7, 2024, I flew to Amsterdam solely to buy a stroller, but Pegasus Airlines left my essential luggage behind in Amsterdam. They told me that this happens frequently with their Amsterdam flights and assured me my bag would arrive on the next flight. They provided a tracking number and a contact number to check on its status. However, after the next flight took off, I called to confirm if my bag was indeed on board, only to be told they had no way to check if my luggage had been loaded. How can an airline not track their own baggage? This experience has been beyond frustrating and feels entirely unprofessional. Pegasus should take responsibility and ensure proper tracking and communication with their customers.
