I Lost My Baby Stroller with Pegasus Airlines and Received No Assistance

About a month ago, I flew with Pegasus Airlines and lost my baby stroller due to their staff's mistake. They didn't provide me with a baggage tag or any form of documentation when I checked in the stroller. Now, they're telling me they can't do anything because there's no baggage tag. This is incredibly frustrating, especially since a baby stroller costs at least ₺10,000, and I've been waiting for over a month without any resolution. If they would just review their security camera footage, they could easily see what happened, but they haven't even bothered to do that. I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and poor customer service from Pegasus Airlines.

Shame on you, @Pegasus. You keep saying that the process is ongoing, but you will forget about it and cover it up.

It's been 39 days, what a pity.
