Pegasus Lost Baggage After Flights - Valuable Items Missing

On December 28, 2025, we flew from Berlin at 07:10 to Sabiha Gökçen Airport and then, on the same day, flew from Sabiha Gökçen to Denizli on flight PC2320 at 18:30. During this journey, one of our three checked bags was not delivered upon arrival, and despite three days having passed, no resolution has yet been reached.

The missing bag contained items with a total value exceeding €1,000, CHF 300 in cash, branded clothing purchased for my son, gifts for my family, and approximately 12 kg of chocolate. This suitcase was a shared bag containing the belongings of three people and therefore had significant financial and emotional importance to us.

Before leaving Denizli Airport, we contacted the lost and found office and completed all required reports. I also contacted Pegasus customer services; I was sent an email and provided all requested information regarding the baggage and flights in full. Despite this, I have not received any clear outcome, explanation, or satisfactory response to date.

I request that my baggage be located as a matter of urgency and that my financial loss be compensated based on the total value of the items inside. Additionally, I expect a satisfactory solution to address the distress and stress I have experienced. I request that this process be concluded promptly and that I be provided with clear and transparent information.
