Lost Luggage Nightmare on Pegasus Airlines Flight, I Was Left Stranded!!

I am writing to file a complaint regarding an issue I experienced on my Pegasus flight from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport to Cologne on June 29. I checked in two pieces of luggage, a blue one and a black one, both within the weight limit. However, upon arriving in Cologne, I discovered that my black suitcase had not arrived. I immediately reported the issue to customer service and filed the necessary report. During my conversation with customer service, I was informed that my black suitcase was scheduled to be sent to Cologne on June 30 and that they did not know why it was not loaded onto my flight. Due to the valuable items inside, my daughter wanted to retrieve it from Sabiha Gökçen the same day, and we were told that we could do so. Accordingly, on the evening of June 29, at 8:00 PM, my daughter went to Sabiha Gökçen Airport and filled out the necessary form to retrieve the suitcase. However, the airport officials informed us that the suitcase had been loaded onto a flight to Cologne and had been in the air for an hour. We left the airport without the suitcase. Subsequently, when we contacted customer service again, we were told that the suitcase had not yet been loaded onto a flight and was still scheduled to be sent on June 30. We were given different information each time. On June 30, despite calling hourly throughout the day, we were told that there was no update and that they could not locate the suitcase. During this period, we had to go without essential and valuable clothing that was in the suitcase, and because it was a Sunday and stores in Germany were closed, we could not buy new clothes, which further increased our distress since it was a VERY VERY RAINY DAY! I also want to mention the time and money we spent traveling to and from the airport. I have a return flight on July 1, but my suitcase is still missing. I have suffered significant financial and emotional harm. I request that this issue be resolved promptly and that my grievances be addressed. I reserve all my legal rights in this matter.
