Pegasus Flight Delays Issue Unresolved

Pegasus flight from Izmir to Istanbul on July 14 at 21:40 had multiple delays, totaling 105 minutes, gradually increasing the delay time. To avoid missing my international flight from Istanbul, I hastily purchased another ticket from a different airline. I have requested a refund and am awaiting it. Now, I have received news of a 50-minute delay for my return flight on July 16 from Kuwait to Istanbul at 3:05. Pegasus has truly become an airline that disregards passengers' rights, exhausting us with delays on every flight.
Pegasus stated that they would not issue a refund. They said, "We are doing what is necessary for our passengers; buying a ticket from another airline is what you should do." I personally experienced what "necessary" means twice this year with my family. When you miss the next flight due to delays, you are taken to a hotel far from the city center and have to spend the night there until the next flight. Since I did not want to experience this for the third time this year, I took my own precautions. I condemn Pegasus for not issuing a refund. I will definitely not use Pegasus for connecting flights again.
