Pegasus Did Not Let Me Check In Early for UK Flight

Pegasus Airlines has announced that for flights to the UK, they will only accept checked baggage starting three hours before departure. We arrived at the airport early to drop off our luggage and access the lounge, but due to Pegasus’s arbitrary procedure, we weren’t allowed to check in or leave our bags, so we were forced to wait outside instead of using the lounge we were entitled to. They are preventing us from using a service we paid for. I will never purchase a ticket from Pegasus again—their customer satisfaction is nonexistent, and even the flight attendants look displeased. They don’t even let you line up to drop off your luggage.
