Pegasus Delaying Travel Documents Needed for My Visa Appointment

I applied for a consulate visa appointment three months ago and have been waiting over a month for documents related to my past international flights from Pegasus (application number 10952636). Despite repeatedly contacting customer service through https://www.flypgs.com and with representatives, I’ve received no helpful action. Each time, I’m told that my request is under review and the urgency has been noted, but nothing happens.

I’ve informed Pegasus multiple times that my consulate appointment is approaching, yet no steps have been taken. If I don’t receive these documents soon and my visa application is negatively affected, I will take legal action. Pegasus, please treat this matter with the urgency it requires.
