Pegasus Airlines Flight Delay Chaos

We've been waiting since 2:25 AM for the check-in of our flight from Sharjah to Izmir on April 17, 2024, booked with Pegasus. There is a lack of updates, insufficient communication from the staff, and a general sense of confusion and distress among everyone. We've been waiting all night, but there's been a lack of assistance and communication. Pegasus customer service is not very effective. It's quite a surprising situation; all other airlines have departed, leaving us stuck.
