Pegasus Did Not Notify Me About Expiring Ticket Credit

I recently discovered that I can no longer use a ticket I had put on hold with Pegasus Airlines, as it has now expired. Pegasus is an airline I frequently choose, but I cannot accept that they failed to notify me when the expiration date of my ticket was approaching. People may forget, but companies, especially a major airline like Pegasus, should not overlook such important details or pretend they forgot.
This lack of communication has severely damaged your reputation in my eyes, and I strongly condemn this oversight. I will continue flying with your airline, but I am eager to see how you treat a dissatisfied customer like me going forward.
