Pegasus Damaged My Luggage and Ignored Follow-Up Emails for 5 Months




After my June 30 Moscow-Ankara flight with Pegasus, which was already stressful due to long delays, I discovered my luggage was severely damaged. The baggage staff at the airport assisted me in filing a report, and Pegasus contacted me via email on July 2 to discuss resolution options.
However, despite my responses, Pegasus has failed to follow up or provide any resolution. It has now been five months, and I feel like this is an intentional tactic to make customers forget the issue. This is completely unacceptable. I’ve attached the relevant correspondence as proof and demand immediate action to resolve this matter. Pegasus must take responsibility and provide proper compensation for the damaged luggage.
