Pegasus Airlines: Unfair Seat Change & Poor Customer Service

I purchased seats with extra legroom specifically for my spouse and myself from Pegasus Airlines due to my special condition. However, when I happened to check my ticket on the app, I noticed that due to a flight change, we were reassigned to standard seats with the same seat numbers. There was no prior notification about this change, and despite mentioning my special condition, I was told that the purchased seats couldn't be retained. I could only lodge a complaint, but no resolution regarding the issue was ever provided.
