Pegasus Overbooked Flight and Failed to Honor Promised Refund and Compensation

Pegasus Airlines sold more tickets than available seats on the 17:15 flight, and we were offered compensation to take the next flight at 19:30. The offer included a refund and two free tickets valid for a year. We were also told that if seats opened up on the 17:15 flight, we could still board and receive the promised refund. Trusting this, we accepted the offer.

However, despite securing seats on the 17:15 flight, our seat numbers were changed at check-in, and we were the last passengers to board. We were seated separately, in 4D and 11F, instead of our original 22E and 22D. Now, Pegasus has sent an email refusing the refund and compensation, breaking their promise.

Why did Pegasus fail to honor their commitments? Why were we moved to different seats and boarded last despite having confirmed seats? We demand an immediate explanation and resolution, including the refund and free tickets as promised. This treatment is unacceptable for passengers who placed trust in your offers.
