Due to an error in Pegasus' system, my reservation ticket was created with the wrong name. They are neither making corrections nor providing a refund. The customer service is quite disrespectful and did not help at all. They seem to only cause inconvenience to people. I used to buy all my tickets from here, but I will never do so again and will warn everyone around me not to buy from them. As seen in the screenshot, the 7-day option ticket's date appears to end today. They even have a system that doesn't work correctly for this.
