Pegasus Airlines - Delayed Flight Disrupted My Schedule

On November 5th at 00:50, we had a ticket for the Cologne Airport - Sabiha Gokcen - Izmir Adnan Menderes flight. The flight schedule changed twice. The 03:35 flight scheduled departed at 04:30. The explanations provided were nonsensical, and the staff spoke disrespectfully. Phrases like "You will wait. Who are you?" were used in a condescending manner. We missed our transfer flight from Sabiha Gokcen to Izmir due to the delay and it was canceled. We barely made it within the last 15 minutes for our new flight. After a total of 10 hours of flight, we finally arrived in Izmir. As we missed the pick-up time for the car we rented, my entire itinerary was disrupted. Later, I discovered that Pegasus Airlines merged two flights, causing extensive delays. I'm expecting prompt resolution and the payment of the due compensation for my disrupted travel rights.
