Pegasus Airlines Damaged Luggage Chaos
When I received my luggage from the counter after my Antalya-Sabiha Gökçen flight with Pegasus on September 26, 2023, the zipper burst and there were 3 large breaks on it. I applied for damaged baggage by showing it to the damaged baggage office at the airport. There was a dent in the corner of my trunk before, but it did not prevent me from using it. When I told the officer this, she said there was no problem and completed my application. On October 2, I received an e-mail in response to my application, in which they responded negatively because it had already been damaged. When I called and told them that the previous damage did not prevent use, but that it could not be used due to the current fractures, they said that they could not give a positive answer, but that I could object if I wanted.
