Pegasus Airlines Customer Service Unresponsive For Lost Luggage

Pegasus Airlines has been a complete disappointment. One of our bags is missing, even though both were supposed to be on the plane. The lost bag contains all our essentials, including clothes, cigarettes, money, and creams, which are crucial for our vacation. We can't find anyone to address this issue, and we feel completely helpless. After working for a year and finally getting a 3-4 day vacation, we are stuck waiting in the lobby with nothing for the pool, beach, or to wear, thanks to Pegasus.
