Pegasus Airlines' Constantly Delayed Flights

On each of my last five trips with Pegasus Airlines, my flight has been late, and it's never been because of bad weather. We had to wait inside a plane with broken air conditioning for an hour at a time. Due to technical issues, today's flight from Vienna to Istanbul was two hours late. Are the engines checked five minutes before we get on? All the other flights leave, but Pegasus keeps being late. Never, ever do you get where you're going on time.
