Pegasus Airlines Campaign for Non-Existent Flight

I received an e-mail from Pegasus on December 27 with an attached image. The valid date and lines were written in the details. It was also stated that it was only valid on direct flights. I immediately made a plan and arranged my leave status. But I saw that although it said Izmir-Tbilisi-Izmir, there was no such direct flight. Later, when I looked at other routes, I realized that the campaign selection tab was not working and I could not select a campaign on any flight. In fact, Pegasus pretended to send me a campaign that started with "special for you", but it turns out it didn't. Moreover, when you ask this via e-mail or phone, they cannot say anything clearly. Instead of admitting their mistakes with a "Western" and self-confident attitude, saying sorry, and perhaps making amends in some way, they prefer to do it on their ears.
