Pegasus Airlines 12 Hours Delay And Poor Management

Our flight from Hurghada was supposed to leave at 1:55 AM on November 12, but it has been delayed multiple times. The new departure times were 4:50 AM, 8 AM, 10:30 AM, 11:30 AM, and now it's scheduled for 12:30 PM. We tried many times, but we couldn't get in touch with anyone who could give us reliable information. At around 8:30 AM, they made us go to a hotel after putting pressure on us. They took off all our bags and then brought us back to the airport just 10 minutes later. We had to go through all the airport procedures again, like the X-Ray and passport control. Pegasus Airlines - What a Disaster in the Skies!
