I Demand Refund for Unauthorized Peachy Transaction

I noticed that money was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or consent through the Peachy Face app. On January 3, a charge of $15 was made from my Ziraat Bank account, even though I did not approve or make any such purchase.

As soon as I became aware of the situation, I contacted Ziraat Bank, and they advised me to reach out to the company directly. I want to clearly state that I did not authorize this transaction and that it was carried out entirely without my permission.

I request that the $15 charged to my account be fully refunded. Additionally, if any payment or subscription is to be processed through the app, I expect proper security measures to be implemented, such as instant notifications or an extra confirmation step, so users can immediately detect and prevent unauthorized transactions.
