Today, an unauthorized charge of approximately $17 USD was made to my card under the name Peachy, without my knowledge or consent. The transaction appears to have been taken from my Enpara card at around 4:26 PM today.
I have never had any membership, purchase history, or shared my card details with Peachy. Despite this, money was withdrawn from my card, which both surprised me and caused financial inconvenience. I can see the transaction in my bank activity, but I am unable to view detailed information about it.
I request that this unauthorized card charge be investigated immediately, that the $17 USD be refunded to my card, and, if necessary, that all records related to this transaction be provided to me in writing.
