On October 11, 2025, at 7:43 PM, a charge of $12 was made to my Ziraat Bank debit card (last four digits: 7990) by klingai.com without my permission or any subscription approval. I did not subscribe to any service, and I did not receive any confirmation message or notification during the transaction. This charge is completely unauthorized.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I emailed klingai.com customer service, but I have not received any response yet. When I researched online, I saw that many other people have experienced the same issue. My card is still active, and no additional charges have been made so far. Although I was advised to cancel my card, I do not want to do so because I do not have another card.
I request an immediate refund of the unauthorized $12 charge and that any further unauthorized transactions be prevented. Otherwise, I will initiate legal action.
