On February 20, 2026, an amount of 42 New Zealand dollars was debited from my account at ANZ Bank by the company PdfCharge.co, without any prior notice, authorization, or clear information about the reason for this charge. I did not receive any message, warning, or explanation indicating that I had subscribed to a service, started a paid trial, or made any purchase with this company. This charge appears only on my bank statement, without additional details or clarification, which makes the situation even more concerning, as I was not aware of any contract, subscription, or consent that would justify this debit. Through this complaint, I request the full refund of the amount of 42 New Zealand dollars unduly charged and the immediate cancellation of any supposed subscription, service, or registration linked to my name or my account with PdfCharge.co, as I do not recognize or authorize these charges. I also request that the situation be investigated and that I be informed of the steps taken to prevent similar unauthorized charges from occurring again.
