PDFSmart £49.99 Unauthorized Subscription Charge

Today, on 26 February 2026, I noticed an unauthorised subscription charge of £49.99 taken from my Lloyds debit card by Pdfsmart. I had previously entered my card details and used the service, but I did not knowingly agree to or intend to purchase a £49.99 subscription. The charge appears under invoice number Ghqv4194gn dated 26/02/2026. As soon as I saw the charge, I contacted Pdfsmart support by email. I was told to cancel the subscription, which I have now done. However, this does not resolve the fact that £49.99 was taken without my clear and informed consent. I am requesting a full refund and written confirmation that my subscription is fully cancelled and that no further payments will be taken from my Lloyds debit card.
