PDFSmart Refund Request For Payment Taken Today

On 3 March 2026, a payment of £49.99 was taken from my account by PDFsmart.com for a subscription that I did not authorise. I did not receive any email or notification from the company regarding this payment, and there is no invoice or reference number provided, only the record on my bank statement. I contacted PDFsmart.com about this unauthorized charge and was informed that they would not process a refund. I find it unacceptable that a payment can be taken without clear consent, transparent communication, or a proper receipt, and then a refund is refused when the issue is raised. I request that the £49.99 taken from my account on 3 March 2026 be fully refunded and that any associated subscription linked to this charge be cancelled so that no further payments are taken from my account without my explicit approval.
