PDFSmart Refund Of Unauthorized Payment
On 14.09.2026 I noticed that I was charged 49.99€ by PDFSmart / International University of Applied Science for a monthly software subscription that I never knowingly started or used. Previously, I only used their service once to download a PDF file for a fee of 1.00€, and after that single use I did not use the service again and did not intend to subscribe to any recurring plan. I was not clearly informed that a 49.99€ monthly subscription would be started, and I did not give my explicit consent to such a payment. I request that this 49.99€ transaction dated 14.09.2026 be cancelled and fully refunded to me, and that any ongoing subscription or automatic renewal linked to my account or payment method be immediately terminated so that no further amounts are charged in the future.
