On February 20, 2025, I signed up with the PDFSimpli website to perform a single document conversion. The site clearly stated it was a one-time payment, and I paid ₺40 for the service. That amount was deducted from my account as expected, and at that point, everything seemed normal.
However, today, March 7, 2025, I was shocked to discover that PDFSimpli charged my account an additional ₺749.95 without my knowledge or approval. This amount is currently in a pending/blocked status on my bank account. I immediately called my bank to report the issue, and they told me I had to cancel my card, replace it, and then submit a transaction dispute for this unauthorized charge.
Because of this unauthorized billing, I had to go through the trouble of canceling and replacing my card. I never agreed to any recurring subscription or hidden membership plan. This practice feels deceptive, and it places users at serious financial risk.
I demand that PDFSimpli refund the unauthorized ₺749.95 charge immediately and ensure that no further deductions are made from my account. In addition, this service should be investigated and restricted from continuing such misleading practices.
