If PDFSimpli activated a paid plan after a “trial” without clearly indicating it, you can cancel right away by following these steps:

• Log into your account at https://www.pdfsimpli.com/login and go to Settings or Subscription. Look for the Cancel option and confirm the action. Save a screenshot of the final status.

• Send an email to [email protected] explaining that you did not authorize the renewal. Include your registration email, charge date, and amount. Attach the cancellation confirmation and request a full refund.

• Fill out the official form at https://www.pdfsimpli.com/contact so your claim is recorded and you receive a case number.

• If there is no response within 48 hours, contact your bank or PayPal to request a chargeback for an unauthorized charge, attaching proof that you were not previously informed of the cost.

• Keep all emails, screenshots, and confirmations to back up your case if you need to escalate it.
