I Face Unauthorized Charge From PDFSimpli After One-Time Payment

I used the PDFSimpli website to complete a single document conversion and paid ₺39.90 for the service, believing it was a one-time transaction. I did not sign up for any membership or recurring plan. However, shortly after, I was shocked to see that PDFSimpli deducted an additional ₺749 from my account without my knowledge or approval.

I never received any clear information, consent screen, or subscription agreement before this charge was taken. This feels like an unauthorized transaction, and it caused me significant frustration since I had no way to contact customer support for a proper resolution. There was no helpline or direct response option available to resolve the issue.

I demand that PDFSimpli refund the unauthorized ₺749 immediately and confirm that my account will not be charged again without my permission. Charging users without consent is unacceptable, and I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
