On November 20, 2025, I discovered that 1,550,967 VND had been withdrawn from my VIB Mastercard credit card by a website called pdfe.com, even though I have never given any approval or created any subscription with this site. I noticed this while checking my account activity, and I have never provided this site with any membership, authorization, or instruction that would allow them to charge my card. This unauthorized withdrawal has put me in a difficult situation because the amount was taken from my account without my knowledge or consent. I have not yet received any explanation as to how my card information was used for this transaction, and I do not accept this charge as valid. I request that the unjustly withdrawn amount of 1,550,967 VND be fully refunded to my account as soon as possible and that any membership, subscription, or recurring payment related to pdfe.com or similar transactions be immediately canceled and blocked so that no further charges can be made. I also request that the necessary checks and security controls be carried out and that I be informed in writing about how this transaction occurred and what measures will be taken to prevent such an issue from happening again.
