On October 15, 2025, I purchased a 7-day membership on pdfe.com. However, before the trial period ended, I completely deleted my account. Despite that, ₺2,440 was withdrawn from my QNB credit card without my permission. I only discovered this charge by accident while reviewing my bank statement, and I never received any confirmation message or email about the transaction.

I have already contacted pdfe.com’s customer service, but have not received any response yet. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and it has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration.

I firmly request an immediate refund of ₺2,440, as this charge was made without my authorization or consent.
