Unauthorized pdfe.com Subscription Fee Taken After Free Trial

On October 17, 2025, I signed up for a 7-day free trial on the pdfe.com website. However, once the trial period ended, a ₺2,440 monthly subscription fee was automatically charged to my credit card without my knowledge or consent. I never approved or intended to continue any paid membership, and I do not even need the service.

I immediately submitted a dispute through pdfe.com’s contact form, but have not received any response so far. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and the lack of communication from the company is deeply concerning.

I request a full refund of ₺2,440 as the subscription was started and charged without my authorization.
