On November 10, 2025, I paid a one-time fee of €0.95 to use PDFAid’s PDF conversion service. This transaction appeared on my bank statement on November 12, 2025. However, on November 17, 2025, an additional €49 was withdrawn from my bank card without my permission or knowledge. Such transactions are misleading and seriously damage user trust. The description of the unauthorized charge reads “Cb du 101125 pdfaid.com carte,” and the payment was made with my BNP bank card.
I did not start any subscription, nor did I receive any notification or confirmation message regarding such a charge. I have never experienced anything like this before. I request a full refund of the €49 that was wrongfully withdrawn from my account.
