Top PDF Unauthorized Charge Refund Request
On September 26, 2025, I used the Top PDF website to convert a single page into a PDF. The service was advertised as ₺5 per month, and I completed the payment with my credit card. However, shortly afterward, I noticed an unauthorized charge of ₺959 was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or consent.
After researching online, I discovered that many other users have experienced the same issue, which suggests that this is a recurring and widespread problem. I have not contacted customer support, as I saw that previous complaints have gone unanswered. I only intended to make a one-time transaction, not a subscription or any additional payments beyond the ₺5 monthly fee that was clearly stated.
