PDF Guru Unauthorized Subscription Charge - Refund Issue
PDF Guru made an automatic subscription charge of €50 from my bank account late at night without my consent. I had only used this account months ago for a single payment of €0.99 to modify a PDF document, and later, they withdrew €50 in disguise, effectively stealing from my account without my permission.

After I sent you the complaint and then wrote to them again, warning that I would expose the company online in every possible way, they finally replied and assured me that they would issue a refund to my bank account within 14 days as an exception.
