But, without my permission, the company took Rp 851.376 IDR from my account later on. I saw that this charge went through early in the morning while I was sleeping, and I definitely didn’t sign up for any recurring subscription or automatic renewal. Please cancel this unauthorized subscription right away and refund the full amount of 851.376 IDR to my account. It’s really sneaky and wrong to take money without the user knowing, especially when it happens quietly while they’re asleep. It's not right for any company to ask for such a big amount without clearly letting the customer know or getting their okay first.
